ha! jgn gedix2 nk skip (!)

Assalamualaikum & salam 1 Malaysia :)

hari ni ak nk bebel pasal BREAKFAST..adew paham?? alaa yg mkn pagi2 tuh..xkn laa xtaw en??
haah mmg ley mkn nestum je kew..xpum minom susu n mkn 3 keping roti jew..simple en?? ha sonang je..dhtu apesal malas sgt nk wat?? baloq liat laa hangpa smua(!)
korang taw x BREAKFAST tu sangat2 laaaaah penting..walopun alaa "breakfast je weyh,,brunch je r tros" NO,NO,NO,NO!!! xbuley taw..sebab2 nye is :

see? kalo korg xbreakfast n start hari korg dgan perot kosong n lapar..badan korg akan set yg cm konon nye korg ni lam mode puasa. buat rugi je en?? kalo korg mmg btol puasa tu mmg laa bagus dapat gak pahala..lagipun korg kne bgun sahur,,itu pasal sahur tu sunat yg hampir kepada wajib..begitu penting kan 1st meal of the day ni :) ha,sambung~ lpastuh bila perot kosong..otak ni cm xdapat energy taw..so korg akan less focus nti bila belajar or susah nk concentrate ape yg lecturer ajar..nak2 cm ak ni ha dh laa lecturer india yg mai dari negara india sanaaa,,perghh..mmg laju cm bullet tren laa ajar,,xmasuk ngan slanga yg begitu haizzz..*undescribeable* so breakfast is really2 important yaww!!

seeloknye pagi2 korg start laa ngan makanan yg mengandungi carbohydrates,calcium n fibres.
sebab kalo org yg xbreakfast lpastuh badan kita ni bila amek next meal payah nk serap zat2 tu..so dat is y breakfast is so important..

skipping breakfast is not an effective way to lose weight so jgn nk rase bagus sgt tahan perut tuh lapar2 xnk breakfast sebab nk kurus njadah laa bagai..perasan laa korg..xelok taw semuaa tuh..yg eloknye is EAT BREAKFAST oke?? sebab bila korg x breakfast n korg rase lapar gilaa bila tyme lunch nti..pastuh korg pun melantak x hengat donia dgan alasan kununnya tadi xbreakfast so ley r mkn lbey skit lunch ni..tu akan wat korg lagi gemok jew..hish!

nak menu breakfast yg simple n cepat??
nah,pilih..senang je..jgn nk byk bunyi lak escape breakfast oke?

CEREAL
pilih laa yg hi-fibre,oatmeal n porridge pastuh mkn laa ngan ngan susu xkire panas or sejuk..pastu nk lagi sdap korg tmbah laa buah2 sdap yg korg sukaa :) ha! kan meriah tu breakfast korg tuh..mesti selera nk mkn,pergh!

LIGHT AND EASY
korg mkn laa low fat yogurt tuh n mkn sekali ngan buah2..sdap gak..kenyang laa as breakfast n sodap pun sodap..pastuh xpun minum laa jus buah..xpum mkn buah or salad :)

TOAST
reroti yg adew jem..xpum korg bako jeleww..ltak madu kew..minum ngan susu :)
mkn laa with something like scrambled egg..kenyang je..

so,kesimpulannye jangan laaa skip breakfast okeis dear..
make time for breakfast n ur body will thank you :D
